I work for a company in floriday that has me driving/working throughout florida, georgia, tenn and alabama. I generally work 23-24 days straight and then drive back to florida which is my "home base" and I get my paid once a month. I usually get 6 to 8 days off straight. My question is ... Am I not suppose to be getting some type of OT as most of the time Im working 55 hours each week. Im on a salary per month and Im told no OT? :confused:

If you are correctly classified as exempt, which is what I assume you mean by salaried, no, you are not entitled to overtime under the law.
