My company is telling me today that they will not reopen my claim that I had from January of this year when I fell and fractured my wrist.I went back to work June.1. of this year and and my work comp was suspended. now I have developed carpel tunnel and need surgery.I have been off of work since Nov.18. without being paid a penny. The company is trying to get me to take short term disability which will only pay 60% of my hourly rate per, week. And they are also trying to get me to ask my doctor to change his diagnosis and say that it is not related to the wrist fracture. What should I do?I live in Pennsyyvania.
