<<<<< The Morriseys latched onto the issue of Safe Havens when
the public interest in the previous issue they pimped, birth
certificates and burial privileges for miscarriaged fetuses, ran its
course.>>>>>

WRONG AGAIN! We're committed to this issue for the long run, as is the case
in point below. Link to magazine article out just this week, and bills pending
in several states.

Miscarriage: Moving From Grief Toward Healing
By Caroline Schermerhorn
When parents suffer a miscarriage or stillbirth, their child deserves to be
named, buried and remembered.....

<<<<They don't know what the concept
of best practices means,>>>>

If 99% of states have child welfare and safety laws, called Baby Safe Haven
laws, then they would be considered "best practice."

<<<like how many women were prosecuted for lethal or
non-lethal infant abandonment during the last ten years in
Massachusetts, >>>

Two investigations in East Boston alone, one with an upcoming trial. One
college student serving time at this point in MA, one recently released in
central MA, several other ongoing investigations that could result in trials
and incarcerations.
Sometimes it's the fear of identification that results in a lethal abandonment.
It's good that MA has finally the rejected opposition arguments, and joined the
rest of the country in passing our compassionate law.

Like I said, you have no idea what you're talking about, and when that's
the case you say "99% of the states have Safe Haven laws".

So that's it in ten years? Two prosecutions in ten years, one pending
trial, and "some" investigations. How about some cites. I don't see any
differentiation between non-lethal and lethal abandonment.
Sometimes it's the fear of identification that results in a lethal abandonment.
It will be interesting to see if prosecutions go up now that the law is
in place.
It's good that MA has finally the rejected opposition arguments, and joined therest of the country in passing our compassionate law.
Yeah, pumping a PSA on MTV conflating adoption and abandonment is very
compassionate.
Oh brave new world that has such creatures in it....
