* Lt. Gov. Kerry Healey Monday announced a statewide campaign to publicize the
state's Baby Safe Haven Law, which allows parents to leave their newborns
anonymously at designated "safe havens" without fear of prosecution.

The law is designed to reduce incidents of infant abandonment. It allows the
parent of a newborn younger than 7 days old to leave the child with personnel
at a police or fire station or emergency room without fear of prosecution,
provided there is no evidence of abuse. The parent is not required to leave
identifying information.

Hey, BabySafeHaven, how about posting the lyrics to the baby dump rap
song in the Safe Haven promo video?
