This is a little off topic, but not enough to disqualify itself.
It is an excellent example of how an overzealous prosecutor can combine with
a an expert witness to pervert the ends of Justice.
Andrea Yates murder verdict for the deaths of her children has just been
overturned.
The prosecution expert testified that he had consulted on a Law and Order
show in which a mother drowned her children and claimed insanity. The
prosection claimed that Andrea Yates watched the show.
There was no such show.

What is particularly galling about the expert is that he joked that at the
$500.00 per hour he was charging the county for is work on the matter, he
would make back his Enron losses.
He should be prosected for perjury.
