OAK RIDGE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 2003--Diversified
Product Inspections, Inc. (OTCBB:DPRI), a provider of independent
product failure analysis, air contamination and fire investigations
for the insurance industry announced today, that product liability
inspections for insurance industry clients increased by 35% during the
first seven months of 2003 compared to the same seven-month period in
2002.
Warren Wankelman, vice president of Marketing said, "DPI performed
900 product liability inspections in July 2003, to set a new one month
record. Compared to July 2002, DPI received 263 more inspections or
41% more inspections in the same one-month period. This continued
growth in our core business of providing product failure
investigations for the insurance industry puts us on the right track
to break last year's total number of inspections, which was also a
record. Through our product awareness and subrogation seminars, we
continue to add new companies and adjusters each month who use DPI's
services."
Total Yearly Inspections
Year Inspections
2000 3,082
2001 4,673
2002 7,765
2003 5,510 Year to Date (7 Months)

independent investigations on product failures, air contamination and
fire investigations of all multi-billion dollar markets which directly
