I have a question for those who might have done a little detective work on
their own searching for someone. I need to find a person. I know where
they should be but all searches that should show them, dont. I have
contacted two places who should have a record of them and they dont. A
search online showed a record of the person in the second place I would look
for them (although they really should not have been able to get to that
place yet) but there is no way, without paying the $39.95, to find out if
this is just a record of him when I know he was there or is it current?? I
cant afford to spend money on this right now but it is extremely important
to me. I believe I have found his brothers phone number but im not sure how
I could call him and get information without telliing him who I am. If he
knows who I am then im not going to get anything out of him and it may cause
problems.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find someone (who really should
not be this hard to find) or on what to say on the phone to get some
information without giving out any information???

I have done some searching now and then. On occassion I have been
successful. A lot has to do with who, what and where. Why you wish to locate
this person is entirely your business BUT if there are any sort of legal
issues involved you would be best to not involve others. A lot also depends
on what you do know. Good luck.

Thanks. I ended up finding some answers today. Not the ones I wanted but
at least now I know.
