me. I am pretty sure I have mentioned this before but it might help to
explain my attitude: While researching some newspapers from the day I was
born I found an article about a newborn male child found dead in a river by
a couple of kids fishing. That could have as easily been me. I will attempt
to generate some bitterness somewhere along here so I can fit in better. In
the meantime I expect the veterans on this NG will keep the pot well
stirred.

wonder if there is a psyco edition of Trivia Pursuit? It might come in
handy at this party. With all this talk of abusing fruit and various body

You missed my adoptee bash last summer. Several came up and stayed for a
weekend. We had a blast. I think. I don't remember much about the night we
got plastered on margaritas, but none of my neighbors complained of missing
pets (just kidding). LOL

We didn't burn anything down, but we did pick out a bush for the adoptees to
pee on next summer. ;-)

that is where the civil court is located in Lamoille County. Waitsfiled and
Northfield are both in Washington County. You have it simple. I was born in

Actually the fall this year was very nice. I am one of the official foliage
spotters for the state and the color came up fast and bright. The summer was
all monsoons but the fall is coming along nice. The winter wolf will be
howling up the valley soon eough.

Call me a friggin flatlander if you want but the natives think I am native
unless I tell them otherwise. I came here a long time ago because of what I
saw in this state. Sadly I keep watching other immigrants slowly eroding it
away. As for Gracie's in Stowe...I don't know it but that is easily fixed.
We can work out the details as we get closer to the target date.

I usually get together with some old yardies a couple times a year. This year
it was just adoptees.

We're planning another one for next summer. The more the merrier! Hubby wants
to take us camping and leave a trail of bread crumbs to see if we can find our
way back. ;-)

A couple of other triad members are interested in coming next year (I think it
was the idea of a weekend of martinis on the deck). The adoptees are going to
have to decide if this is "adoptee only" or if we'll invite them and use them
in the ritual sacrifice at the end of the weekend. LOL

Whoa! Four times in four days? Even I'm not that bad. I had it a bright
auburn for Halloween, but after getting it cut, it was a bit more two-toned
than I like (red on top, brown on the sides), so I colored it a medium
brown. However, that's turned out to be too dark, so I'm going to lighten
it up later this morning. Who knows what I'll end up with ;)

So, yes, it was meant as a compliment. Iam often compared to Julianne Moore. My hair is long, but not red. I, too, picture Rupa as "earthy", but not granola. Double blech!

I like career women, I married one. The last thing I look for in a woman is
their domestic ability. Sprogging multiple kids within a short period of time
is not an attractive quality to me.

I cook more than she does. I do more laundry. I definitely clean and
organize the house far more than she does. Does this sound like Mr. Andrea
Yates to you? Sounds more like Mrs. Doubtfire. Maybe Scarlett was on to
something.

My wife is the world's second biggest packrat, outranked only by her mother.
We have a two car garage. She parks her car in one half, and stores her junk
in the other. Mine sits out in the driveway. We have separate closets, but
somehow her clothes and shoes have found their way into my space. *****.

Currently, parked next to my car is a rented construction dumpster. Our
basement flooded several weeks ago, which gave me the perfect excuse to purge
that particular storage space of her junk. I cannot tell you how liberating it
was to pitch trash bag after trash bag into that dumpster. It's ready for
pickup now, all 30' x 8' x 4' stuffed to the brim. It's such a beautiful
sight. I'm gonna take a picture of it and make it my wallpaper.

She isn't real happy with me at the monent, but she hasn't left me during the
past 26 years. My wife, I think she'll keep me.
