I was recently told by my boss that I was to be put on suspension and investigated for possible theft. I was told that the area manager would be in contact with me. It has been almost four weeks and I have now been informed by a friend that still works there that I have been taked out of the system (terminated). I was not contacted by before I was terminated. Also, I was never presented with any incriminating evidence or anything at all to support their accusations... I'm not really sure what I should do.... Please help. Thank you.

You should file for unemployment and start looking for a new job. They are not required to present you with any evidence and oddly enough, they are not even required to tell you that you've been fired.

And when you file be sure to tell the State the last day your performed services and why you have not been permitted to return to work since. As such, your claim should be back-dated to reflect the time you were "unemployed."
