Hi I am a 16 year old female living in Nova Scotia, Canada. I want to get emancipation and move in with my older sister but I am unsure as to what the laws are, and how to go about getting emancipated. Where I am right now, I am very unhappy and I want to move in with my older sister who lives back in my old town. My sister is legally an adult and is financially able to take care of me. Also my parents are very constrictive and controls, forcing their morals and religious beliefs on me. I'm hoping someone can help me. Thank You.
