Thanks for the link to the news article. I want to believe that this whole
thing is an honest attempt to do something good but it is a political year.
I also find myself troubled by the thought that this is just one more way
for people who make poor choices to avoid taking responsibility for thier
actions. It is a complex issue with many variables but it seems so much more
logical that if a woman does not wish to have children then she should not
allow herself to get pregnant. When did taking personal responsibility fall
out of fashion?
