HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 2003--Rockport Healthcare Group
Inc., (OTCBB:RPHL), a management company dedicated to developing,
operating and managing a network consisting of healthcare providers
and medical suppliers that serve employees with work-related injuries
and illnesses, today announced its independent auditors have removed
the qualification as to the going concern from their audit opinion for
Rockport's fiscal 2003 audited financial statements.
"We are extremely pleased that Hein + Associates, our independent
auditors, have removed the qualification from their opinion," stated
Larry K. Hinson, CFO of Rockport. "During fiscal 2003, we had four
straight quarters of profitability and we reduced our current
liabilities and significantly increased our current assets which
provided positive working capital of approximately $260,000 at year
end. These items plus increasing revenue, minimal capital expenditures
and no current maturities of long-term debt for fiscal 2004 have
significantly improved the company's financial condition."
