You should get in touch with a MARA registered agent for assistance in
immigration to Australia.(www.themara.com.au).

Without PR or workpermit , I doubt any employer would even consider
hiring you.

Dear Yadagiri,

You won't qualify for migration to Australia unless you have relevant recent
work experience or a recent Australian qualification. Your options would
appear to be:

i) apply for PR in NZ first and come to Australia later;
ii) undertake a two year course of study in Australia with a view to PR at
the end of it - probably a Masters in IT would do it;
iii) find an employer to sponsor you for temporary residence and apply for
PR when you have sufficient recent work experience or the employer is ready
to sponsor you for PR.

Unfortunately education consultants rarely make good migration agents and
the reverse is also true :-( If you want to explore what courses might be
available in Australia, go to http://cricos.detya.gov.au but as you're
studying in NZ I infer that the costs might be too high here.

Cheers

Or better still, take your experience back to your home country.
