Hi I Live In California And I Have A Situation I Am 32 Weeks Pregnant And Asked My Doctor About Maternity Leave And She Denied It To Me.. I Told Her My Job Is Very Strenous And I Am Not Able To Perform My Job Requirements To The Fullest She Just Told Me That She Could Only Put Me On Maternity Leave 4 Weeks Before My Due Date. I Don't Understand Im Not Able To Lift Heavy Stuff And She Still Doesn't Understand I Am Really Stressed And Depressed Over This . I'm Scared Because I Am Always Calling In Sick And I Might Be Endangering My Baby. What Can I Do?
