Even the 1/3 figure I've seen is extremely high, but, even without proof beyond
the anecdotal, I believe it, though I grant I may be projecting. Another one of
those things that is difficult to prove given that secrecy in adoption would
affect the ability to adequately canvas those who relinquished.
