The attorney that represents me in my age discrimination suit here in Tennessee met with the judge a few weeks ago. The judge wanted some questions answered and I was very thorough in answering these questions regarding my employment since I was terminated.
Why would a judge ask for that?
I'm not sure why a judge would want to know if I am working or not. Does this mean it is favorable to me or not?
Thanks for your input.
