I have a 20 year old son who is incarcerated for 6 months for a probation violation, (not being honest about playing basketball with a guy on parole). He has shared custody of his daughter. The parenting plan was signed
Dec. 2005. He has a 20 month old daughter. Now the 18 year old mother of his daughter is going for sole custody (who happens to be a drug addict,
however the only substance abuse related arrest was 5-2005, in which her mother (maternal grandmother) obtained a 30 day ex parte guardianship on the minor child, unfortunately, this 18 year old continues to drink, smoke pot and abuse cocaine, now we have to prove it). My son has not committed a crime since 3-2004, and it was not substance abuse related, he has all clean drug screens. He has doing great prior to this, working and changing his lifestyle and friends. WHAT IS THE LIKELYHOOD OF THE MOTHER CHANGING THE PARENTING PLAN, over this???
