my ex and i went to court yesterday to set child support , our attorneys tried to hash something out and of course they didnt. They set a court date for aug 15th. So my ex comes to pick up my little girl and is willing to put in writing a reasonable child visitation and want to work it out before we go to court again. This is something i would rather do and not a a mudsling in court and effect my daughter. Do i have to oay her attorneys fees , if so i have no idea how im going to. I barely can pay my own lawyer . Why should i have to pay her fees? I told her i would think about it in the next couple of days. Can someone send me some advice , thanks

You don't have to pay her attorney fee's unless you agree to it or the judge orders it. I sounds like she is just trying to "play nice" and agree to determine visitation before returning to court. Which is a good thing for your daughter, but only if she is not using that to try to get you to pay for her attorney.
If that is her plan, cooperate with visitation, to get you to agree to pay, then it is blackmail. Document it and if you can, record it somehow. I don't know about your state, but it is legal in mine to record a telephone conversation that you are having with someone in order to provide evidence in court. (that would make her look like a POS in court)
