I have been looking but can't figure out where to find the forms that I need to file a motion to modify parenting time in Texas. Would anyone please tell me where I can download the forms that I need or send them to me please. I have been told that I may need these...motion to modify parenting time (JDF 1406) notice to set & notice of hearing date (JDF 1107 & 1108) motion to modify child support (JDF 1403) and child support worksheets A or B (JDF 1820 or 1821). I dont see why I would need the child support one but thats what the instructions said I might need. All I really want to do is get the restriction on how far away we live from the non-custodial parent changed. Thank you for any help... :D

Try this. It is a free site, but you have to fill out a survey and your zip code. But when I entered 3 of the form numbers, it showed that the forms were in the data base. I can't PROMISE that they are there, though. :) Why can you not get them from your clerk's office? They should have them.
