My 64 year old mother was murdered, defendent entered no contest plea
to crim. neg. homi. Now we have the task of trying to recover her
personal belongings that he removed from her home. He moved into her
home as a live-in and had his name added to the title of her home two
years before he beat her to death while she was in bed. Now he wants
her home, life insurance policy, etc. We are all working stiffs, not
much money to offer an attorney. Need an attorney that will take this
on a contingency basis, wrongful death, pain and suffering, whatever
you want to throw at the murderer. Most of his assets have been
transfered to his mother, she has very deep pockets. Please if you
can help us please contact me, time is running out for filing this
case.
