pollyp 11-24-2004, 02:16 AM I am currently employed in NYC and on FMLA due to a chronic illness. My company allows 100% of full pay for Short Term Dbl for 6mos. If I go out on Short Term Disability, can I be laid off if there is company downsizing? Please advise.
