Can any one give me some examples of"good faith" reasons for relocating a child. Im preparing for trial on the opposing parties side, and am trying to figure out what the relocating party coud possibly use as their good faith reason...so far haven come up with anything. Also what does "signifigant change in circumstance mean? we have to prove this.

Could a signifigant change in circumstance be that the child has been taken away from all family that he has?

ok, maybe someone can answer this one...If we are seeking custody and the other parent lives 3000 miles away, what kind of custody would that be. we would be primary, and the othr parent would have visitation schedule, like summers and holidays.

It depends on whether or not the other parent is granted joint LEGAL custody. It could be any of these or a combination:

Joint custody.
Sole (Primary) physical (residential) and joint legal
Sole (Primary) physical (residential) and legal custody with visistation granted
Primary custody and secondary custody

I'm not sure if that is what you wanted. If she is willing to let him live with you, but does not like how the "custody" order is worded, it can be explained in a way that would be more pleasing to her, but still mean the same as what is ordered.
