<<<the end of safe haven is a wonderful thing to
behold..>>>>

What?????
Do you really believe that the little Town of Arlington is the end of Baby Safe
Havens around the country????
4 other MA cities and towns passed the exact same bill on the same night, and a
dozen more will be voting in a few more days.
That is not the end of Baby Safe Havens. But if you must celebrate try a
Twinkie with a candle on it. That news deserves no better then that.

Whatever it is that makes Massachusett's a living hell for you, that's an
amazingly narrow perspective, given world events.

On the religious front, we have bishops refusing communion, the foudation of
Roman Catholicism, to those who vote the wrong way; a Vatican telling Roman
Catholics not to intermarry (non-Catholics) and particularly not Muslim men;
and, oh yeah, armed warfare, rampant disease and a variety of other minor ills
in various parts of the world. Who knows what I'll find when I pick up my
newspaper.

I may be wrong and I'm sure Jean will correct me if that is the case. I
suspect Jean is showing off her raving homophobia over the "gay marriage
ruling" which has just passed in Massachusetts. If so, it just goes to
further confirm what a nasty little piece of slime she is.

HO Hum, Another yawn! You're referring to the waffling wonder candidate who
was recently endorsed by IHOP for his political positions that have flipped
flopped faster then their famous pancakes
From what I understand he's still as slow as the maple syrup that's being
poured over those flapjacks.
I remember years ago when he finished in the back of the pack at a 5 mile
(running) road race I was in, and I finished many minutes ahead of him, but
because he was the Lt. Governor to Mike Dukakis at the time the sponsors of the
race, a car dealer, rushed to find a finish line tape or him to "break" when he
crossed the line. They hurridly found a roll of toilet paper and stretched it
across the street in front of him.
I can think of a lot of appropriate things to say as a segue out of the
description of that event. I'll leave them to your own imaginations, but his
political career, I guess, has always been in the crapper as far as I'm
concerned.

Just try reading the Boston Globe for one day, and you'll find out why. Here's
one example.
A Boston "advocate" and a city councillor tried to use porno pictures from what
was proven to be Iraqibabes.com web site in claiming to be more pictures from
the Iraq prison, where women were supposedly being raped and tortured. The
Globe ran the pictures on the front page of the metro section and all.
The PC police of the Globe have become the "butt" of many jokes on that one.
