I am a salarlied employee. My boss has reduced my payroll because of missed days due to illness.

How many hours is a salaried employee allowed to miss before that person wages can be adjusted? If I work overtime I am not compastated for the extra hours worked, why adjust in the reverse?

Also, is my employer allowed to adjust my time card. For example, work hours are between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. If we clock in before 8, say 7:45 am she will change our time cards to show 8.

By Alaska State Laws is this allowed to be done?

Alaska offers several protections for its residences. The following website provides detailed information regarding Alaska wage laws for exempt employees. The following link gives you detailed information on Alaska wage laws: http://labor.state.ak.us/lss/forms/pam100.pdf

Page 24 says that exempt employees in the state of Alaska must receive pay for the full week, regardless if days are missed, as long as any time is worked unless the person makes at least $300/week and he/she receives a full day's pay if he/she works any time during the day.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
