I need help.

I work for a company that promise a 3% raise after the first 6 months of employement, it has been almost a year and I brought it to higher mange. that I have not been receiving my raise, the owerner of the company said she will take care of it, she passed it on the HR director, he made a mistake, I caught it, and I pointed out the error, on and on, it has been over 2 months since I have broung it up and still no accurancy with my pay, I have talked to everyone envolved with this and no one has done it right. It's just simple math? What can I do? It has been almost a year and still not good news.
I am so tired.
Please help.

I work in Saettle Washington.

Unless you have a bona fide employment contract guaranteeing a certain raise at a certain time, you have no legal recourse. I agree it's poor management, but otherwise, all you can do is keep asking.

Your PM asked me to comment so I will, even though I have nothing really to add to Patty's reply.

The law does not EVER require that you be given a raise, unless you have a bona fide contract that says otherwise or you are working for exactly minimum wage, and minimum wage is raised by the appropriate legislative body. So unless you have a contract that specifies exactly when you will get a raise, you may be out of luck.
