i am currently 3 months pregnant. me and the father are not married. i live in florida. his mother is a very mean and vindictive person, i have also witnessed her saying in front of her daughters son her calling his mother horrible names. she is already calling me names and has threatened to call the cops on me. problems are already starting and the child is not even born i am scared for the childs mental stability. is there any way to have her not see the child at all? or do you think there is nothing i can do? Please Help...thank you

Florida does not have any laws that allow grandparents the right to petition for visitation, so you don't have to worry on that part.
If the father is granted visition you will be able to ask the court to order that he not bring the child around the grandmother. You need to keep a jpurnal and keep every piece of proof of grandma's actions though so that you can prove to the court that she shouldn't be around the child.
In the mean time try to ignore her and enjoy your pregnancy.
