True, but Edwards made his money suing people who weren't responsible
for the diseases of the alleged "victims." He used pathos arguments and

Yup- when doctors run a business, they should expect the same sort of
treatment as any other business. They're caught being careless, rushed,
greedy- and our system only allows for complaint for damages through a court
of law- their own regulatory bodies don't do the job.

The biggest reason for the faux "shortage" of doctors is that the AMA
exercises government granted power to strictly limit the number of
doctors. Shortages always keep prices high. Most accredited medical
schools could easily train twice as many doctors as they do now, and
other excellent commercial medical schools have tried to open, but the
AMA has a QUOTA for doctor training that it imposes for economic reasons.

Whenever they tell you that there is a "shortage" of doctors look to see
who is LYING to you. Chances are it's an AMA monopolist or a politician
that they have bought.

Lawyers are the scum of the earth, but the medical industrial complex is
right in there with them. In fact, when a lawyer sues a doctor it's
hard to know which is the lesser evil.

That's because he was serving his country dutifully in the
armed forces, something our current "President" would know
nothing about.
