why do you express like that? I have a child who father since we separate, he never pay child support. He always have excuses for not paying. And the only response for the government agency is that they are working on it, since we divorce2004, after that 2005 the still workint on the case. Nowadays, they still working.

Not every woman out there gets everything!! I had to fight for 3 years to get my ex hubby to pay child support. And still to this day, 3 years later, my ex thinks that he shouldn't have to pay a dime for his own kids... he made every excuse in the book to try to get out paying for them. The Judge got tired of hearing them, and quite frankly .. SO DID I !!!!! He even went as far as to tell the judge that he didn't even think OUR KIDS belonged to him BIOLOGICALLY!!! What a joke he is!!! If the guy or guys would step up and do what is right for their KIDS.. NOT THE WOMEN.... their wouldn't be so many WOMEN angry at these dads!!! Any man can make a baby, but it takes a REAL MAN to be a father!!!:mad:

So True I Have Got 5 Years Of Support And My Child Is 13 The Cs Offices Say If Hre Pays A Little Every 90 Day They Will Not Do Anything.to Me That Is Wrong.but Yets They Have Right.the Wat It Seems It Takes 2 To Make But One To Raise.

To be honest with you Beerman... I had the opportunity to file for Spousal Support when I filed for Child Support... Guess what I did.. I said "NO".. I didn't want it!!! I am a single mom of two GROWING DAUGHTERS, and I work a FULL TIME 40 HR A WEEK JOB to raise them... I did not WANT OR NEED "his money" for myself!!! I only wanted what was right for OUR KIDS... But, I should say, and I will say "MY KIDS"... because he made it very clear that he doesn't want them!!! Now, I will give other dads out their credit... the ones that are trying to help raise their kids..I even know a dad personally that has custody of his daughter,and he is a WONDERFUL person and FATHER to her!!! My regards go out to him!!!

had to reply to this one, you use your login name as beerman?? i guess maybe beer is more important to you then paying a little child support, or having it for other leisure activities.... women dont get or need anything, then again i will agree that maybe there is women that use the money for their own leisure, but in most cases the money goes to the child. I havent gotten one cent for childsupport in 18 years, trusted my sons father who said he was banking the money for him for when he turned 18, and now there is nothing.. what an ***.hole, the word dead beat, is almost to good of a word to put on men who dont have nothing to do with their children, and belive me when i say this, there are tons of them out there, .. step up to the plate, forget your beer for awhile, and look after your children..
