To Americana Couture, Its Employees, Its Employee's Relatives and Friends, Owner(s), Mark Chisholm, Maryanne Chisholm, and Lisa Keil: This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your harassing, intimidating, and libelous actions against Christina Teeter and her company have become intolerable. Such anti-social behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form. This letter is to demand that your continuing involvement in, planning and encouragement of, recruitment of other individuals to harass, information gathering, harassment and intimidation, and libelous comments and actions must CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you continue to pursue these activities in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, we will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you, including, but not limited to, civil action and/or continued criminal complaints. You have harassed your prior customer Ms. Teeter non-stop on a daily basis. You have harassed Ms. Teeter by posting defamatory comments in Usenet; specifically alt.fashion and news.admin.net-abuse.usenet. You have also posted numerous reckless and libelous messages within Makeupalley.com, email, and possibly by telephone. Ms. Teeter has the right to remain free from intimidating, manipulative, harassing, and libelous tactics, and we will take responsibility in protecting that right. This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER demands that you immediately discontinue and do not at any point in the future under any circumstances do the following to Ms. Teeter and her companies: speak to, write to, type to, speak about, type about, write about, contact via mail UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, pursue, harass offline or online via Usenet or any other public forum online, offline at social gatherings and/or at any other public places, gather information about, attack, strike, bump into, brush up against, push, tap, grab, hold, threaten, telephone (via cellular or landline), instant message, page, fax, email, follow, stalk, disturb her peace, or keep her under surveillance. You are also to CEASE AND DESIST immediately from writing about Ms. Teeter and her companies on all public forums; this includes ANY written words or spoken words about Ms. Teeter and her companies whether or not your words contain slander or libel. Your behavior is in violation of Maryland State Code Title 3, Subtitle 8, Section 3-802 - Stalking, Section 3-803 - Harassment, Section 3-804 - Misuse of Telephone Facilities, Section 3-805 - Misuse of Electronic Mail, Subtitle 9, Section 3-901 - Section 3-906 - Divulging Private Communications, Arizona Code § 13-2921., and possibly The Federal Interstate Stalking Law 18 U.S.C § 2261A, California Penal Code Subsection 646.9 - Stalking and 422 - Punishment for Threats, Arizona Code § 13-2921.01., and Cal. Civil Code § 1708.7. Should you willfully choose to continue your current course of action, we will not hesitate to file a restraining order with the Police Department and the Commissioner within the appropriate counties for your ongoing violations of the Criminal Laws noted previously. Check out Arizona's BBB and ask them how many complaints they have.
