Madagascar rescues 11 babies from traffickers

ANTANANARIVO (Reuters) - Police in the Indian Ocean island of Madagascar have
rescued 11 babies from traffickers who were trying to sell them for adoption in
foreign countries. A senior police official said late on Wednesday that police
found the infants, all aged below one year, when they raided a house on the
outskirts of the island's capital.
