Because young women post letters asking for help.. Women that are in a
lot of pain and need some one to understand what they are going
through..

I try and help.. Adoption.com seems to be a place where folks start to

If you're intent on truly helping why not start your own private bmom group,
instead of using a site that promotes internet adopting?

Absolutely. Birth moms have to start *somewhere*! Even if the smallest
group only offers the negativity involved with the victimized, many may
one day have their eyes opened and learn to *question* the popular
rhetoric...that *should* send them out on the road to self discovery,
and, hopefully, a better understanding of more stories about adoption
than those which closely match their own. It's how I learned, and I'm
damn glad I did...what an incredible ride it has been! ;-)

I don't know. Cindy might have been better off if she didn't connect with
adoption.com

It's possible.
I've wondered about that myself.
And who knows where else she read, if not posted.

Ultimately it is Cindy's responsibility where she puts herself. (no pun
intended)

Eh?
Pun aside (and if there was one, intended or otherwise, I missed it),
while I don't disagree with what you say I don't see that it has
anything to do with what either Kathy or myself were saying.
