I'm a pro se plaintiff in a medical malpractice
case in New York.
I've conducted extensive depositions of the defendant
doctors, but the doctors on instruction of their
attorneys refused to answer many questions.
I then filed a motion to strike the defendant's
answer based on refusal to comply with discovery.
The problem I am having is the jugde will not
rule on the motion, and almost a year has elasped
since I filed the motion.
Any suggestions on what I might do?
Thanks
Jeff
