Heres my situation. My ex girlfriend and me have a 2 and a half year old little girl . We broke up about a year ago. I have been paying child support since we found out she was pregnant. I have been paying the support directly to her, not court ordered. She lived with me for about 6 months , and i still paid the child support even though she was living with me. I also gave her a car and bought all the cloths for my daughter. Basically i pay for everything for my daughter. Well , 2 months ago she takes off and moves to Georgia without my concent. Shes living at a place that i dont know the people shes living with , its people she met on the internet. Then i find out shes moved again! to another person shes only known for a week. I hired a attorney and we are going for custody. Shes also hired a attorney and we go to court friday, all my daughters granparents live in the same town as i . She has much more support and stability in the town i live in . Shes trying to say i have a drinking problem , i had a diu 9 years ago . I hardly drink at all now , what can i expect on friday? do i have a chance for custody? I also want to get child support court ordered. I read about all these stories about the guys having to pay back support even though thay had paid and have check stubs to show it , Am i the next victim?
