How long does an employer in Nevada have to get me my final paycheck? Its been 2 weeks. What can/should I do.

It's already late. If you resigned, they have until the next regularly scheduled pay day (the one for the pay period which includes your final day of work) or 7 days from your last day, whichever is earlier. If you were discharged, your final pay was due immediately (on your last day worked). You can file a claim for unpaid final wages with the state Dept. of Labor.
