Hello,
Apparently, one of you in this newsgroup made
an official complaint against me for this post:
"Bush is an alcoholic coward who lost a fight to a bag of
pretzles and did this: http://mindprod.com/iraq.html"
Apparently, your complaint was that it was off topic.
I look at the other posts in this group... so many off
topic. I must first thank you (whoever you are: someone
using a Berkely Router), for being so diligent to actually
go ahead and report on every single off topic post.
(But I really doubt you do that).
So... I decided to ignore you, but respect the group.
So....
May I ask this legal question....
Is it legal for me to say:
"Bush is an alcoholic coward who lost a fight to a bag of
pretzles and did this: http://mindprod.com/iraq.html"
Or...
Should I say:
"In MY OPINION Bush is an alcoholic coward who lost a fight to a bag of
pretzles and did this: http://mindprod.com/iraq.html"
I certainly do not want to be accused of slander.
I do not know what happend the night Bush choked on the
pretzle so I do not konw if he was drinking.
I cannot prove he is directly responsible for the children who
are being killed in Iraq.
However, I do respect the United States, and my right to say what I
wish.
Furthermore, I fear a country where somone like you can scare
people into silence.
SO....
Can someone tell me WHICH of my two possible phrasings
are legal?
I do not want to be accused of slander.
And, if I had no legal right to make the original post, I apologize.
God Bless An America where I am free to say what I wish
without a coward like you reporting me to Cox Cable.
