I disagree. There are perfectly good reasons to make a true accusation even
if you can't prove it. For example, you may feel a moral obligation to warn
others to protect themselves. If the accused doesn't like it, let him sue for
libel or slander.

And there are also reasons women typically use for making false rape
accusations (which they obviously ocnsider 'perfectly good'),
typically they seem to amount to several classes, aliby, excuse,
extortion, and revenge. There may be others. One woman invented a rape
to feel part of the crowd at a 'take back the night march'.
For example, you may feel a moral obligation to warn others to protect themselves.
Now if only there was a mechanism to warn about women who make false
rape accusations.
If the accused doesn't like it, let him sue for libel or slander.
Can't do it, the state owns all the evidence and they don't share with
Civil Court. Further, I don't think that a police report (even if a
complete fabrication) is a basis for a Civil suite. And of course
almost everyone on the prosecutorial side has immunity.
It's like Clinton saying that there can't be much discrimination
against white men since there are almost no lawsuits in federal court.
This is a finely crafted lie, the fact is that the supreme court
removed standing for such suits, it's near impossible for a white man
to sue no matter how blatant the case.

Warning others that they are in danger of rape from this person
is a good reason. If you disagree, what does that say about you?
