My parents divorced when I was 5 and I have never met my father. I recently was reunited with my old half brother. There was a child support order for me when they divorced and according to my half-brother my father paid it for several years but my mother never accepted it. My question is, is there any way for me or my mother to get that money now? I'm 27 and my mother and I both live in Missouri...the order is from Texas. If it is possible, what is the procedure to get this started?
